Check Singapore numbers against the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry before calling, texting, or WhatsApp-messaging them for marketing, unless you have clear consent.

Comply with the PDPA and the Spam Control Act.

Honour opt-outs promptly and tell us about removal requests you receive that relate to our data.

You must not

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

Resell, share, publish, or redistribute data obtained from the service, or use it to build a competing database.

Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data beyond what you have unlocked.

Share your account with people outside your organisation.

Enforcement

We add hidden seed records to exports to detect resale. Breaches lead to suspension and forfeiture of credits, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
