1. Who we are
TSID LLP (UEN T24LL0230H) operates SG Best Leads. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at hello@sgbestleads.com.
2. Data we collect about you (our customer)
Account details (name, email, company, role), usage data (searches, unlocks, exports, enrichment jobs), payment records (we never store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data), receipts you upload for PayNow, and support messages.
3. How we use it
To provide the service, process payments, prevent abuse, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your account data.
4. Files you upload
Enrichment uploads are stored in private storage, used only to run your enrichment job, and deleted on request. Exports are kept for 30 days so you can download them again.
5. Individuals in our database
Our lead database holds business contact information and, for some records, direct mobile numbers, compiled from public and licensed sources. If your information is in our database and you want it removed, use the Remove My Data form and we will suppress it within the stated SLA.
6. Retention and security
We keep account and ledger records as long as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. Data is stored with access controls, encrypted in transit, and backed up daily.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your account data by emailing our DPO. Account deletion requests are processed manually because of retention obligations.
