Pricing FAQ
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits aren't refundable. If an unlocked lead turns out to be wrong, report it within 14 days and we'll refund those credits after review.
How do I pay with PayNow?
Choose a pack, select PayNow, and scan the QR code. Include your reference code, then upload the receipt. We'll add your credits within 1 business day.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Card payments get an automatic receipt. For PayNow or company invoices, email hello@sgbestleads.com.
Can my whole team share credits?
Team accounts are coming soon. For now, contact us for Enterprise setups.
Am I charged twice if I unlock the same lead again?
Never. Leads you've unlocked stay in your dashboard.
