Terms of Service

1. The service

SG Best Leads is operated by TSID LLP (UEN T24LL0230H) ("we", "us"). It provides a self-serve database of Singapore business and business-contact information. You buy credits and spend them to unlock records or enrich your own files. Searching and previewing is free.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One free signup bonus is granted per verified email address.

3. Credits, payments, and refunds

Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused credits are not refundable. If an unlocked record is inaccurate, report it within 14 days; if we confirm the issue we refund the credits spent on that record.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. PayNow payments are credited after we confirm receipt, usually within one business day.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including checking the Do Not Call Registry before telemarketing. You may not resell, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute our data. See the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Data accuracy

We verify records on a regular schedule and show a last-verified date, but we do not guarantee that every record is accurate or current.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with notice on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
