Getting started
- Create your account with your work email.
- Verify your email to claim 10 free credits.
- Run your first search from the dashboard.
Searching and filters
- Switch between People and Companies tabs.
- Combine keyword, location, industry, headcount, seniority, and department filters.
- Toggle 'Has mobile' to only show contacts with a direct mobile number.
Unlocking leads and credits
- Select rows and click Unlock. The modal shows the exact cost before you confirm.
- You are never charged twice for the same lead at the same tier.
- Upgrade a contact to add the mobile number for the difference in credits.
Exporting to CSV / Excel
- Exports of unlocked leads are free.
- Export a selection, a list, or everything from My Leads.
- Past exports can be downloaded again for 30 days.
Enrichment uploads and matching
- Upload CSV or XLSX up to 10,000 rows.
- Confirm the column mapping we detect.
- Review the free match preview before any credits are charged.
Payments: card and PayNow
- Card payments add credits instantly via Stripe.
- PayNow: pay to our UEN with your reference code and upload the receipt.
- PayNow credits are added within 1 business day.
Reporting wrong data and refunds
- Report a wrong number from My Leads within 14 days.
- Confirmed reports are refunded in credits after review.
Account and security
- Change your password and notification preferences in Settings.
- Request account deletion from Settings; we process it in line with our retention policy.
